Why we opened on Sporgasse
Quell started from a simple idea: Graz deserved a café where origin, roast and extraction get the same attention as the room you sit in.
We serve 100% Arabica — light to medium roast — for cups that stay clear and balanced. Our baristas will talk you through flavour notes without turning coffee into homework.
Workshops grew from guest requests: people wanted to recreate café quality at home. Small groups, hands-on practice, no alcohol gimmicks — just coffee.
