These Terms apply to brightbabyhome.mom and to products and services offered by Quell. Austrian law applies; mandatory Austrian and EU consumer protections remain unaffected.

2. Services and products

We offer specialty coffee drinks, light food, retail coffee beans and workshops. Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Menu items may change with bean availability.

3. Café purchases and workshops

Café purchases are concluded at the till. Workshop places are confirmed by email or phone; payment terms are stated when booking. Cancellations should be notified as early as possible.

4. Consumer withdrawal

For distance contracts (for example prepaid workshop bookings or online retail), consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right subject to statutory exceptions (including services fully performed with prior consent, or sealed goods once unsealed). Fresh food and made-to-order café items are typically not withdrawable after preparation.
